• Handle ticket counter operations efficiently
• Enter ticket details, pricing, and guest information into the system
• Collect payments and issue tickets accurately

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the F&B store within the park
• Maintain and monitor stock levels and inventory
• Track purchases, inward materials, and consumption
• Ensure proper storage and basic store discipline
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required

• Any college degree
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior experience in store management, inventory handling, or F&B operations is preferred
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

Job Location: Shankarpally

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
• Work on bookkeeping and ledger maintenance using Tally
• Assist with financial records and reporting as required

Eligibility & Requirements

• College degree from a Commerce background (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent)
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong working knowledge of Tally
• Sound understanding of accounting fundamentals

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month | CTC: ₹2.4 – ₹3 LPA (based on experience)

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across the park
• Handle networking systems including servers, Wi-Fi, and CCTV
• Support and manage POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Work with ERP software for operations support
• Troubleshoot IT issues and coordinate with vendors if required

Eligibility & Requirements

• Degree holder with 2–3 years of relevant IT experience
• Strong knowledge of networking and hardware systems
• Experience with POS and ERP software
• Prior experience in hotel, F&B, hospitality, or leisure industry is an added advantage

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience) | CTC: ₹3.6 – ₹4.8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Manpower Planning & Recruitment: Prepare seasonal plans, manage end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring
• Payroll & Compensation: Coordinate payroll processing, benefits, insurance, PF, and performance incentives
• Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws : Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.)
• Employee Relations & Discipline: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Performance Management & Training: Design appraisal systems and coordinate training programs
• Employee Engagement & Culture Binding: Drive engagement initiatives, rewards programs, and culture building
• HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Higher education in Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in HR, preferably in hospitality, theme parks, or large service organizations
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
• Language: English, Telugu (mandatory), Hindi preferred

Compensation: ₹5-6 LPA

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-park events at Wild Waters (festivals, themed days, promotional activities)
• Support outside marketing activations such as exhibitions, mall promotions, concerts, and city events
• Work closely with internal marketing and operations teams to design engaging event concepts
• Coordinate with vendors for event setup, décor, sound, lighting, artists, and other requirements
• Oversee on-ground execution to ensure smooth event flow and guest experience
• Manage basic budgets, timelines, and vendor follow-ups for events
• Assist in building brand visibility through strategic event-led marketing

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event management, marketing activations, or promotions
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Preference for candidates based in Hyderabad, with good understanding of the local events ecosystem
• Prior vendor contacts for event sourcing (artists, production, décor, agencies) will be an added advantage
• Ability to handle multiple events and work flexible hours when required
